Separating recommendation from action
A Digital Partner can prepare, analyse, clarify, recommend, coordinate and—where explicitly authorised—initiate governed actions. Humans remain accountable for consequential decisions.
The system distinguishes a draft, a recommendation, a proposed action, an approved action and an escalation.
Action controls
Action plans are authority-bound, policy-checked, approval-aware, idempotent, reversible where possible and audited. The system cannot create its own permission; high-impact action remains policy- and authority-bound.
Autonomy is not authority
The system does not grant itself authority or bypass approval rules. It does not replace accountable people in high-impact decisions. Useful automation happens with accountable boundaries.
